At Digiware Printing Press Solutions, most products are manufactured and printed according to customer-specific requirements. Therefore, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.
Returns may be accepted only if:
The product received is damaged during shipping.
An incorrect product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The delivered item does not match the approved order specifications.
Customers must:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide the order number.
Submit clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Wait for return approval before sending any product back.
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized and personalized products produced according to customer specifications.
Products with customer-approved artwork, text, logos, or designs.
Products showing normal color variations resulting from sublimation printing.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
Product replacement
Reprinting of the order
Store credit (if applicable)
The final decision will be based on verification of the reported issue.
