At Digiware Printing Press Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal primarily in customized and personalized sublimation printing products, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
A refund may be approved only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product contains a manufacturing defect caused by us.
The delivered product is significantly different from the approved design.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Customized products after production has started.
Customer-approved design errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or layout issues.
Minor color variations due to screen settings, printing processes, or material differences.
Delays caused by courier or logistics partners.
Products damaged after delivery.
To request a refund:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide your order number.
Submit clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Explain the problem in detail.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
